Circle Mania 5 Policies 2015

Please read the policies below. By registering and submitting payment for Circle Mania, you hereby agree to the terms listed below. The event coordinator is Paulette Trent. The hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta North/Alpharetta.



Registration
Payment is due at the time of registration in order to secure your spot. Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Please contact the event coordinator if different arrangements are needed.

Cancellation
Refunds will not be issued for “no shows” or cancellations. Fees are non-refundable, but you may send someone else in your place.
If the event coordinator cancels the event, a full refund will be given. Should an Act of God (flood, fire, severe weather, etc) occur that causes the event to be canceled in advance of the event date, registration fees will be refunded less 5% to cover paypal fees, if incurred. If an act of God occurs during the event, registration fees will not be refunded.

Liability Release
The event coordinator is released of any and all liability resulting from participation in Circle Mania including, but not limited to, personal injuries or damage to personal property.
The event coordinator is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Hotel Rooms
The event coordinator has arranged special room rates on behalf of the attendees. Hotel rooms and associated charges must be reserved and paid directly to the hotel by you. The event coordinator is not responsible for any hotel charges incurred by attendees.

Special Considerations
It is the responsibility of the attendee to notify the event coordinator of any special assistance or dietary needs at least 2 weeks prior to the event.



Submitting payment for Circle Mania constitutes acceptance of these policies.
